Description

I had the most fun I've ever had making a collage on this one.  The background was the best part, which I made using the "bubble art" technique found here:  www.housingaforest.com/bubble-…
The rest was made using catalogs, magazines, print-outs, string and pom-poms.  The seahorses came from:  www.clker.com/clipart-28953.ht…
